Why TEEM?

TEEM equips the saint by providing comprehensive Christian Education and seeks to entrust the ministry of Teaching & Training to reliable men and women who will also be qualified to train others to do the same in response to the pressure of concern for all the churches and the building of a strong Church. God’s vision to Suresh Babu started in 1983, where he started training Sunday School teachers to teach children sound biblical principles. It was started as God’s Messengers for Children (GMC). His faithfulness to serve the Lord despite difficult circumstance challenged other believers to join him and carry the vision of GMC forward. Over the last 25+ years, Suresh and GMC team expanded the vision to launch into deeper waters of challenging areas within the family and the church at-large. With a commitment to reach the body of Christ far and wide, GMC was re-launched as TEEM International. TEEM is an-umbrella organization of seven ministries designed to equip the saint in all phase of life – child, youth and adult.

“Besides those external things, there is the daily pressure of my concern for all the churches.” 1 Cor. 11:28

What is TEEM?

  1. TEEM is a movement of Christian Education, working through and for the Church and striving to build the congregations on sound biblical teaching, values and principles of the early church in the New Testament.
  2. TEEM is Not a Church. All the members of TEEM belongs to their local church and are encouraged to be active and committed for their local church or assembly.
  3. TEEM is an Inter-Denominational and Independent. Our objective is to build healthy church by valuing each other as body of Christ. Matters such as church organization, patterns etc. do not concern us as a group, but individual members within TEEM are free to hold their own views about them.
  4. TEEM is Spiritually Centered. We recognise the greatest needs of the people are their mental, social, and physical but we insist that man’s greatest need is spiritual. And spiritual health is the first step towards physical and mental well-being of the person. At the same time we encourage our local TEEM Associations to do the holistic activities through the church wherever possible.
  5. TEEM is Financially Independent. We look to God in faith and prayer for the needs and activities. And we encourage all the believers around the world to get involved and strengthen the TEEM to fulfill it’s aims and objectives.
