God has given his church an enormous responsibility to make disciples in every nation. And He has given each Christian special gift for building up the church. This involves preaching, teaching, nurturing, building, giving, administering and many other tasks. By working together, the church can express the fullness of Christ.

Evangelism is not an option, but a command to all who call Jesus "Lord". We are not all evangelists in formal sense, but we have all received gifts that we can use to fulfill the great commission. "Preaching the Gospel is not a gift, but the responsibility of all born again Christians", In fact all ministerial gifts are primarily for the purpose of equipping Christian Layman to preach the Gospel and for training to minister to one another.

  • Our focus is to train the believer in true discipleship and help them to recognize his/her gifts and special area of service, and look for opportunities to serve.
  • To realize every church that how many believers are being mobilized from their congregation for the Great Commission? (Matthew 28:19-20). And make church to produce mature disciples of Jesus Christ and equip them to respond to His call in whatever shape and form it takes.
  • Our strategy is to equip the congregation in a holistic concept like intellectually, physically, socially and spiritually and give them opportunity to serve and encourage them to train others to do the same.
  • To help every believer to discover God's purpose for life, and to share his/her faith with others in obedience to His call.
